Service Design and Project Quality maintain an overview of large scale ICT Projects managed by ISS, and the resources needed to implement them. It sets the standards and provides guidance for managing projects. It also maintains an overview of important Goals for ISS and the ISS Risk Register. In addition, it undertakes projects that span the whole of ISS and provides project management support to other ISS-managed projects.
