The Student Registry consists of a number of teams delivering a range of services for students and staff:
Student Administration:
- Matriculation, registration and course enrolment
- Examinations, results, awards, reviews and appeals
- The provision of advice to students and academic departments on University processes
- Student progress monitoring
- Student Records and Student Records Systems
- Teaching Timetable
- Points based immigration system
Financial Services
- Processing of tuition fees
- Payment and management of postgraduate awards (ESRC and AHRC)
- Payment of external examiners
Academic Support
- Teaching Timetable and room bookings
- LUSI support including, development, maintenance, security, troubleshooting and training
- Participation in the two main thematic committees
- Management of the programme and course module record
- National Student Survey
Management Information
- Management information and statistics including HESA and HESES
