DIALANG fault on "Choose a test"

This page describes one failure mode of DIALANG. In this failure mode, the DIALANG server is partly working.

The DIALANG server responds correctly to PING.

The DIALANG server initially responds correctly to the client - you will see screens like these (in your chosen language):

But, when you choose a test, DIALANG fails, and you see a screen like this (and you can go no further):
