Summer vacation residence for 2012 will this year be located in County College.

 

If you are a Lancaster student and need accommodation on campus you can apply to the County Residence Officer for residence. You can download the editable application form by clicking here, then email it back to Jacqui Brian. Alternatively, click here for a printable PDF version.

 

Bookings may be made either for the whole vacation, or in blocks of 7 days (i.e. 7,14,21 etc). If you require only a short term booking, you should contact Visitor Rooms via the Conference Office.

 

County Residences comprise a mixture of Superior En-Suite and Superior Standard accommodation. En-Suite rooms cost £105.70 per week, with the standard rooms costing £90.30. All our accommodation is non-smoking. Basic ensuite rooms costing £96.25 per week will be available from 13 August.

Bookings & Payments

 

When your booking is made you will receive an email confirmation, along with your invoice. If the booking is for less than 4 weeks you will need to pay the whole amount before you can collect the keys. If you are staying longer, you need to pay at least the first four weeks in advance. Keys will be issued by the porter only upon presentation of the appropriate receipt. You should pay online with a card and will receive an email receipt.

 

The last day for arrivals into Vacation Residence is Sunday 9 September.

 

Please note that we are unable to accommodate non-students, or those in debt to the University.
