Directions to University House
When you arrive at Lancaster University, please go to University House (no 32 on the map). A member of the Centre staff will come to meet you and take you to the assessment room. The entrance to University House is from Alexandra Square or from the drop-off point near the Security Lodge on Bowland Avenue South.
Travel information
Bus services
There are excellent bus links between Lancaster city centre and Lancaster University with up to 15 services per hour throughout the day. Journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Buses arriving at Lancaster University stop at the Underpass beneath Alexandra Square.
Services 2 , 2A , and 4 run between the bus station, city centre, and Lancaster University Underpass. There is a bus stop for these services outside the main gates of University of Cumbria.
Services 3 and X3 run straight between the bus station, city centre and Lancaster University Underpass. The X1 service runs between the railway station and Lancaster University Underpass. None of these services pass University of Cumbria.

Charges
Pay and Display tickets are used in all the above car parks at the cost of £1 for 2 hours, £2 for 4 hours and £3 for a day. They are available from Pay and Display machines located in all car parks above.
Blue badge holders
Dedicated spaces are provided at no charge.
