Welcome to CEEC - your Careers Service
Your careers service is here to help whether you're thinking about going into work or about further study and whether you have a definite plan or are unsure where to start.
Our services are designed to help at every stage of your career planning - whether you want to attend a guidance interview or careers events, or you want to research career information, find job vacancies and start meeting employers. We can also help with preparing successful job applications and CVs.
If you're not sure where to start, you can use our menu of services as a step-by-step guide:
- Make an appointment to see a Careers Adviser.
- Find out about careers in our Resource Centre or online careers information.
- Make yourself employable with work experience, volunteering or career mentoring; or enrol for the Lancaster Award.
- Workshops, Events and Fairs - meet employers, develop the skills they look for and get help with job applications at our busy programme of events.
- Jobs and How to Get Them - get job and placement alerts and search employer profiles with CEEC4jobs; get help with CVs, Application Forms and Interviews.
- Use our online career planning resources, like YourFuture (all students) and Vitae (postgrads).
