Alcohol

Alcohol is something to be enjoyed and when consumed in reasonable quantities, doesn't cause any problems. But drinking too much can be harmful. The benchmarks shown below are a good guide but to understand just how harmful too much alcohol can be, have a look at one of the web sites listed below. If you're worried that you, or someone you know - a member of your family or a friend - may be drinking too much and you would like to talk to someone, why not contact us to make an appointment to see a Counsellor.
