The Mind Map is an online tool that allows you to check your general level of wellbeing.  By answering a series of questions about your day-to-day functioning,  family and friends, social life, diet, and thinking styles, you can get a snapshot of which areas in your life are ok and which you might like to change.  You can save the results by logging in - all information is confidential. 

 

You can even, if you wish, keep track of your mood from day to day by logging in to My Mind Map and seeing your mood plotted on a daily graph.  Why not give it a try?
