Customer Service Excellence - update

CSE update - February 2013


Following a site visit on 20 Feb 2013, and from documentation supplied in advance of this visit, the CSE Assessor has determined that Professional Services has:

  • Provided evidence of changes/developments made over the year which shows progress against the CSE standard.
  • Addressed 8 areas for development which were identified at the initial Assessment Visit in February 2012.

This makes Professional Services fully compliant in all 57 elements of the CSE standard.

In addition, the Assessor has awarded 'Compliance plus' status to five elements which relate to 'Information and Access'.
