award winning accommodation...

Lancaster University has retained the title of 'Best University Halls' for a second year in the National Student Housing Survey of 120+ UK universities. In addition, we also took the prizes for 'Best Booking Experience'; 'Best Learning Environment' for Grizedale Townhouses; and 'Best Individual Accommodation', also for the Grizedale Townhouses.

 

We were also awarded the International Accommodation Quality Mark for achieving over 90% satisfaction amongst our overseas residents.

consistently top ten...

Lancaster has strengthened its position in the elite group of top ten universities in the UK in The Times Good University Guide 2012, ranking 9th out of over 100 universities.

Lancaster is now consistently in the top ten of UK universities in three major league tables which measure quality across criteria such as teaching , employability , research and  student satisfaction. The other league tables are the Guardian where Lancaster is ranked 7th and  the Complete University Guide , where Lancaster is ranked 9th.
