Social work Undergraduate bursary - The social work bursary is available to students ordinarily resident in England studying on an approved non-graduate or undergraduate course (full-time or part-time), or an approved part-time postgraduate course. Amongst other eligibility criteria, students must also meet certain residency criteria. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, contact the social care regulatory council in your country for more information. They may or may not provide an equivalent bursary. Further information The social work bursary is a £4,575 non-income-assessed bursary which means that earnings, savings and other sources of income, such as local authority (LA) funding, are not taken into consideration.
