From October 2012 the Student Funding team in Wellbeing Services will take part in the national Money Doctors Programme, aimed at increasing the financial capability of students to manage their money effectively.
The Money Doctors Programme is about ensuring students develop appropriate financial management / budgeting skill to help them take control and manage their money effectively. It involves work during the first term of study and beyond. Such pro-active measures aim to provide preventative help with financial 'health', rather than assistance once financial difficulties have arisen. Watch the Money Doctors Video - click here
