Accommodation

 

As a mature student you may prefer something slightly different to a traditional halls of residence. You may have a family or wish to be based off campus in a location closer to the town. The University has a range of accommodation to fit these needs and our college and residence office will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Alexandra Park (Pendle, Grizedale & Graduate Colleges) has 216 studio appartments with both single and twin occupancy. Other flats are located in Cartmel College and County Colleges.


Another alternative may be Chancellors Wharf, a modern student residence situated on the banks of the Lancaster Canal, adjacent to the city centre itself on Aldcliffe Road. The 242 single study bedrooms are occupied by second and third year undergraduates and postgraduates.
