There are a range of schemes available to assist parents with childcare costs.
Some of these are specific to students, such as the LEA childcare grant. Others apply regardless of student status, such as tax credits. Some help is restrcited to UK nationals and may not be available to international students. However some initiatives, such as the Nursery Education Grant, are open to all parents of children of certain ages.
