For Undergraduates:

Information for Summer 2011 Graduates

Degree Certificates, Transcripts and Diploma Supplements will be available for collection during ceremonies week from room A6 in the LICA Building.

In order to collect the documents you will need to bring photo id, preferably your library card.

The opening hours for collection will be:

• Tuesday 19 July - 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday 20 July - 9am to 6.30pm
• Thursday 21 July - 12.30 pm to 6.30pm
• Friday 22 July - 9am - 5pm

Documents which do not get collected during this period will be posted to your home address during the week commencing 25 July 2010. You can check we have the correct address details for you by logging onto the Student Web Services.
