LEC Training Rooms 1 And 2
A North West Brownfield Regeneration Forum and Catchment Change Network event.
Registration now closed.
Developing Brownfield sites represents a complex issue for Local Authorities as they balance the need for regeneration and its economic benefit with potential risks associated with land affected by historic contamination. The possibility and impact of flooding is a key consideration for effective decision making across these sites.
This meeting will bring together consultants, academics and regulators to consider the changing face of flood risk assessment in the context of land redevelopment. Throughout the day there will be a focus on practical applications and case studies.
