DESCRIPTION:This Masterclass featuring Wayne Hemingway, creator of Red or Dead and HemingwayDesign is a taste of the LEAD programme which starts at the University at the end of January 2010. This programme is suitable for SME owner/managers with less than 20 employees who are looking to develop their skills and grow their businesses.  \n\nPrevious participants have benefitted from a significant increase in sales turnover and profitability along with improved staff productivity, increased confidence and a more strategic outlook.\n\nOn the 8th  December delegates will hear more about the LEAD programme, meet previous and current LEAD delegates and listen to Wayne's Masterclass.
