SUMMARY:Small Business Cyber Security Survey - Report Launch
DESCRIPTION:\nFollowing on from the Cyber Security Conference 2012, a piece of research has been completed whereby small to medium sized companies were asked about issues and experiences surrounding cyber security within their business. \n\nThe Cyber Security Debate event will explain findings from this research and publish the results found. The event will close with delegate participation and a panel session to debate the report and the wider context of the subject. \n\nSpeakers at the event will offer solutions to the issues highlighted in the report and give information to companies experiencing threats to their security.\n\nThis event is by invitation only.\n\n\nWatch the event\n\n\n\n\nInfoLab21's ISIS and ISTEP Projects\n\nThis event is supported by InfoLab21 as part of the regional events programme for its ISIS and ISTEP projects. ISIS is the first project of its kind in the UK and is delivered under the "Transformational ICT" product, part of the Government's Solutions for Business portfolio, a highly targeted, publically funded suit of products and services offering solutions to real business needs.\n\nAbout ISTEP\n\nISTEP is a project designed to indentify and support interactions between the North West's Digital and Creative industries and InfoLab21's School of Computing and Communications, directly helping businesses to collaborate with the 270+ strong research community at InfoLab21.
