iCalendar Instructions for Outlook Users (with Internet Explorer)
- Click on the link. When prompted, save the file to your computer.
- In Outlook, choose File, then Import and Export...
- The Import and Export Wizard dialog box will open. Select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs) and click Next.
- Browse to the iCalendar file that you have just saved, and click OK.
- You will be asked whether you wish to Open as New or Import to an existing calendar. Choose Import to add the events to your calendar.
- Your chosen events should now be in your Outlook calendar.
