2nd Academia for Green Africa (AFGA) Conference

Lancaster Environment Centre in partnership with Envirofly Group

The Academia for Green Africa (AFGA) Initiative aims to develop environmental competence in Africa through strategic international partnerships.

Interests: renewable energy, climate change, waste management specific to capacity building in Africa.

Professor William Davies CBE - Founding Director of the Lancaster Environment Centre, Director of the Centre of Sustainable Agriculture, Lancaster University and Queen's Anniversary Prize winner for Higher and Further Education

Mr Chinda Kingsley - Honourable Member of the House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria and Former Commissioner of Environment, Rivers State Government

Professor Kevin Jones - Director of the Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC), Lancaster University, UK.

Mr Andy Street - Director of SLR Consulting - one of UK's most reputable environmental consulting firms.

Professor Kirk T Semple - Associate Director of the Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC), Lancaster University, UK.

Professor Lawrence Ezemonye - Director of the National Centre for Energy and Environment, Energy Commission under the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
