Dr Shuichi Murakami
The Physics Department will host the Sir Martin Wood Prize Lecture, sponsored by Oxford Instruments, on Monday 20th June 2011. The Prize Lecturer is Dr Shuichi Murakami of Tokyo Institute of Technology who will speak about "Theory of the spin Hall effect" at 11.00am in the Frankland Lecture Theatre, Faraday Building. The lecture will be followed by refreshments in C36 Physics Building. All are welcome.
