An Early Christmas Present From InfoLab21
Grant Bodie of Mount Recruitment is presented with his new Kindle by Steve Riches, KBC Director
Congratulations to Grant Bodie of Mount Recruitment who came to InfoLab21 today to collect his new Kindle.
The Kindle Wireless Reader was the prize won a recent promotion run by the Knowledge Business Centre to ask regional businesses what kind of Workshops they would like InfoLab21 to run.
The answers to the survey are being used to develop a new series of events that will start in the New Year.
Grant was delighted with his Kindle. "I have been looking at them but couldn't justify buying one for myself so I am really pleased to win this!" he said.
The prize was given to him by Steve Riches, Director of the Knowledge Business Centre.
Mount Recruitment Ltd is an IT recruitment consultancy delivering a range of services designed to match the needs of all possible recruiting situations. They are based in Heysham and work closely with the Chamber of Commerce and local companies as well as Multinationals.

It is well known that Geography graduates are highly employable and use their degrees in many different ways. One of the more unusual we have heard about recently is Lancaster geographer Greg Tomaszewicz who has set up his own Video Production Company - Lanor Productions.

First Science and Technology Business Partnerships and Enterprise Annual Report 2011-2012 available to download now
2011-2012 saw the development of a new theme-based strategy for Business Partnerships and Enterprise in Science and Technology. The seven interdisciplinary themes are: Advanced Manufacturing, Energy, Environment, Health and Human Development, Information and Communication Technologies, Quantum Technology and Security. Each theme has dedicated professional staff to work with businesses and source the expertise they need.
