This innovative young Lancaster company, one of InfoLab21's residents, is celebrating another success in a major business awards competition.
Digital Agency, NuBlue were awarded 'Creative Business of the Year' in the prestigious BIBAs 2011. This closely follows their Red Rose Award for 'Digital Business Of The Year' won only a few weeks before.
The award, organised by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, was presented to NuBlue at a glamorous star-studded event at Blackpool Tower Ballrooms.
The BIBAs celebrate the outstanding achievements of the very best businesses in Lancashire, rewarding and recognising the companies, individuals and organisations that have not only survived but thrived in incredibly challenging times.
NuBlue Managing Director Michael Ashworth said: "It is a real honor to win such a prestigious local award. We have been operating as a business for 6 years now and have seen incredible growth over that period. To be recognised for this success means a lot to everybody in the team here and is a real credit for the hard work everyone here has put into NuBlue."
NuBlue is a full service digital agency and hosting provider. 2010 was a year of growth for NuBlue, more than doubling turnover and doubling the size of the team to 14. NuBlue have had the privilege of working with brands such as Danone, the NHS and Virgin Media, whilst also working closely with established internet businesses in Lancashire to help improve their web presence and help them realise a real return from their online investments.
