You should check your email every day if at all possible. You can setup forwarding to reduce the number of email accounts you need to check.
Student File Store (H Drive)
As a student you have 250Mb of secure storage on the University's central server. This is backed up every night. You are automatically connected to your H Drive on University computers. However, you can also connect manually on personal laptops, from ResNet and when you are off campus.
Wireless
Student laptops automatically connect to the campus wireless networks. There are two networks for student use. 'eduroam' which is secured and 'lancaster' which is unsecured. If you are using a personal laptop you can get connected with the instructions below.
