Budget increase means more health research for Cumbria and Lancashire

More patients in Lancashire and Cumbria will be given the opportunity to take part in research seeking better treatment for debilitating conditions thanks to a ten per cent budget increase this year.

Student wins Medal

CETAD student wins prestigious Princess Alexandra Medal

At the December 2011 degree ceremony, Chancellor Sir Chris Bonington presented student Lesley Crichton with the Princess Alexandra Medal. Lesley, the Professional Head of Occupational Therapy (Mental Health) with Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, completed the MA in Developing Professional Practice in Management and was awarded the medal in recognition of her exceptional performance in her studies.
