Research Interests

My current areas of research interest concern:

1. Palliative care provision in care homes, including for people with dementia
2. Public education and awareness approaches around end of life issues, particularly for older people.

I seek to work in a collaborative way actively involving people in the design and undertaking of this research and have undertaken a number of action research projects in both these areas. I am also supporting public and user involvement in research and public engagement activities.
