Most of our Research Seminars will be broadcast live. Currently, the method used will be via Adobe Connect Pro, which will require you to have a small application installed on your computer called Adobe AIR. Your computer may already have this installed - particularly if you are familiar with watching TV programmes offline, for example. Adobe Flash must also be installed and it is even more likely that you will already have this software embedded within your current web browser. If not, you will also have to install this in order to view the live broadcast.
To begin viewing the next live broadcast, click the "Attend the Virtual Meeting" link in the Webcast Tools box on the right of this page.
If you are unable to view the live broadcast, it will be made available as a recording on the Previous Seminar Presentations page.
When a seminar presentation is denoted as a live webcast, (by use of the icon), select the "Attend" link in the "Webcast Tools" information box below on the specific date and time in order to participate live.
The broadcast will usually commence at 0930 GMT/UTC. If changes to this time are required, they will be notified via our IOELC Network Group Email List.
To check if your computer is capable of running either a live broadcast or subsequent recording, or to enter the "Virtual Meeting Area", select one of the links below:
