Welcome to Lancaster University Boat Club. We are the university's oldest sports club, established in 1964 at the inception of the university. Based in the old Halton Train Station by the River Lune we have a 3km stretch of well protected water shared with Lancaster John O'Gaunt Rowing Club and Lancaster Royal Grammar School.

The club has seen rapid development over the past 5 years and this development continues today with continued fleet expansions and an ever increasing calendar of racing. Both men's and women's squads compete at head races and regattas through out the country and in recent years both squads have had very competitive and fruitful seasons.
