Aircraft

At the moment, Black Knights are operating the Pilatus Porter F-GODZ "Godzilla" (capacity 9 jumpers and pictured left) between Friday-Monday every week. Up until spring 2005 they operated a Cessna 185 (4 jumpers) at weekends.

 

 

Accommodation

It's possible to stay over at the DZ. In the summer months quite a few jumpers bring tents or caravans. Camping/caravanning is free of charge and there's lots of space on the lawn for tents, or stay in the bunk house. Electrical plug-ins are available. There are also free hot showers and toilet facilities.

Food and drink on the DZ

There is a cafe on the drop zone, where you can get meals, burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and snacks throughout the day, so you won't starve if you're there for any length of time.
