The big cheese. Responsible for the
overall smooth running of theatre group.
Liaises with LUSU through SUEC
council meetings and generally is
involved in lots of bits and pieces
throughout the whole of the exec and is
willing to help out with anything needed!
Vice President/General Secretary
Heather ‘Peagreen’ Thornton
The second in command. Responsible
for maintaining the e-mail account, room
bookings, general inquiries and other
such administrative jobs.
Social Secretaries
Lauren Davidson & Louise Turner
The party makers. Responsible for
organising all the fun socials LUTG
do as well as the fundraiser, summer
ball, LUTG oscars etc.

Equipment Officers
Emily Bagshaw + David Butler
The cupboard and portacabin pixies.
Responsible for the maintenance,
upkeep and procurement of all
LUTG's lovely props,costumes,
make-up, technical equipment and
building materials etc.

Treasurer
Yumi Wakamoto
The money looker-afterer. Oversees the
LUTG finances, advising on what is
financially possible for shows. Also
spends a lot of time in the LUSU finance
office sorting out getting people's money
back that they've spent on shows,
paying invoices and other such money
matters.

Publicity Officer
Rachel Clutterbuck
The publicity monkey. Responsible for
publicising LUTG, which involves
maintenance of the website, facebook
group, forum and noticeboard as well as
organising freshers fair and putting lots
of lovely posters up everywhere!
Safety Officer
Ben Hall
The one who stops people hurting
themselves. Responsible for maintaining
the safety code of practise and risk
assessment and ensuring they are
carried out. This happens through safety
checks which the safety officer does for
every show.

External Secretary
Katherine Tate
The note taker. Responsible for
writing minutes of all theatre group
meetings including exec meetings,
GMs and PCSCs. Also responsible
for checking the LUTG post!
Chairperson
Carly Schult
Woman with the whip. Responsible
for whipping the exec into shape! A
calm, coherent, impartial individual
who runs exec meetings and GMs.
