Economics

The Economics department of North American universities is usually located in the College (or Faculty) of Arts and Sciences, rather than in the College (or Faculty) of Business.

The content of Economics courses in North America is generally of a much more quantitative nature than in the UK, and A level Maths is normally a prerequisite. International Business majors wishing to study in North America are strongly encouraged to take ECON 103 in Part 1.
