Course Overview
This programme provides a broader background than the classic research degree, starting with a package of Applied Linguistics and Research Methods courses before you embark on your own research. The programme is designed for distance learning, without taking time away from employment.
Taught courses are covered in four short intensive residential events at Lancaster, where you also receive individual supervision and academic support. This programme also offers an MRes as a stepping stone qualification.
