Course Overview
The doctorate in Organisational Health and Well-Being is suited to individuals currently working, or aspiring to work, in the area of organisational health and well-being, health and safety and occupational health. The programme develops your knowledge and understanding of the psychological, social and organisational aspects of the dynamic relationship between work and health.
It is aimed at individuals working across public, private and voluntary sectors interested in the promotion and creation of healthy work places including: human resource managers, occupational health practitioners, health care workers, health and safety representatives, applied/ organisational psychologists.

The specialist taught modules address the interaction between the work environment and health, organisational change and development.

Entry Requirements: An upper second class honours degree, in an appropriate subject, and relevant work experience
IELTS: At least 6.5 overall (with no less than 6.0 in each element) or equivalent
Assessment: Combination of taught models, original research and thesis
