Religion and Conflict Degree Courses

Course Overview

This interdisciplinary programme is designed to allow students to undertake sustained and focused study across the disciplines of politics and religion, with particular attention to the topic of conflict.

Students will take five taught modules each assessd by a 5,000 word essay

Core Modules:

Studying Religion
Theory and Method in Postgraduate Studies
Dissertation (20,000 words)

Plus:

Conflict Transformation and Resolution; or
Conflict Management and Contemporary Conflicts

Key Information

Duration: 12 months full-time, 24 months part-time
Entry Requirements: An upper second class honours degree, or its equivalent. Relevant professional qualifications and experience will also be considered
IELTS: 6.5 or equivalent
Assessment: Combination of coursework and dissertation
