Undergraduate Visit Days

At Lancaster, we’re proud to be known not only for the excellence of our teaching and the employability of our graduates, but also for our safe and friendly campus. The low cost of living at Lancaster means that our students are better able to cope with the current financial climate, and with easy access to campus by both road and rail, this makes Lancaster the ideal university city. Come and see our first class facilities for yourself by booking a place on one of our Annual Visit Days.

Our next Undergraduate Visit Days will take place on:

  • Wednesday 28th August 2013   10am -4pm
  • Saturday 21st September 2013 10am -4pm

Book your place online.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment after booking your place, please email us for assistance.

Don't worry if you are unable to join us for our Visit Days: we also run regular campus tours throughout the year too.

A visit to Lancaster enables both prospective students and their parents to get a feel for life at Lancaster University. You’ll be able to find out about our courses from academic staff who teach the subjects that you’re interested in. You’ll also be able to see the labs, lecture theatres and library where you’ll study if you decide that Lancaster is the place for you. Equally, our student accommodation and sports facilities will be on show to give you a clear idea of what everyday life at Lancaster is really like. You can even speak with members of the Students’ Union, who’ll tell you about their own experiences of studying at Lancaster.

Visit Days are your opportunity to find out more about applying to Lancaster and our popular programmes for studying abroad.

We’re here to reassure parents on every aspect of sending their child to university, and there will be plenty of information relating to other issues such as student finance, accommodation and the extracurricular opportunities available at Lancaster.
