On the Firefox menu bar, select 'Tools', then 'Options...'

Click on the 'Connection Settings...' button

Select the item labelled 'Automatic proxy configuration URL'
In the box below it, type: http://wwwcache.lancs.ac.uk/ then press the OK button.
