On the Explorer Menu, select 'View', then 'Internet Options...'

Then select the 'Connection' tab (along the top of the Internet Options window), and press the button labelled 'Configure...'

In the box labelled 'URL:', type http://wwwcache.lancs.ac.uk/

Then press the OK button on the 'Automatic Configuration' window.
Then press the OK button on the 'Internet Options' window.
