Step-By-Step Instructions - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6

On the menu bar, select 'Tools', then 'Internet Options...'

Then select the 'Connections' tab (along the top of the Internet Options window), and press the button labelled 'LAN Settings...'

Ensure that the box labelled "Automatically detect settings" is clear, and that the box labelled "Use automatic configuration script" is checked.
In the box below it (labelled "Address"), type: http://wwwcache.lancs.ac.uk/ then press the OK button.
