On menu bar, select 'Edit', then 'Preferences...'

Then select the 'Proxies' item in the list on the left.
In the box on the right, select 'Enabled', then in the box labelled 'Address:' type wwwcache.lancs.ac.uk and in the box next to it, labelled 'Port', type 8080 In the box at the bottom type type *.lancs.ac.uk Then press 'OK'.
