On the menu bar, select 'Edit', then 'Preferences...'

Double-click on the 'Advanced' item in the box on the right to expand it

Then select the item labelled 'Proxies', and click on the item labelled 'Automatic Proxy Configuration Location (URL):'. In the box next it, type: http://wwwcache.lancs.ac.uk/ then press the OK button.
