On the Netscape menu bar, select 'Options', then 'Preferences...'

Then select the 'Proxies' tab (along the top of the Preferences window).

In the boxes labelled 'HTTP Proxy' and 'FTP Proxy' type: wwwcache.lancs.ac.uk,
In the boxes next to these (labelled 'Port:') type: 8080.
In the box labelled 'No Proxy For:' type .lancs.ac.uk
then press the OK button.
