Initialisation file omnetpp.ini configures both Simulations. Only one .ned topology can be in the project directory in order to succesfully.
In run a simualtion place a .ned file and the .ini file into the directory "ReaSE/simulations/".
Note on viewing the test data:
In order to view the results place all three files from a simulation(.sca, .vci, .vec) in the directory "ReaSE/simulations/results/".
Open the file /ReaSE/simulations/results/General-0.sca in the OMNeT++ IDE and access the tab 'Browse Data'. You can visualise the network traffic characteristics in several parts of the network by specifying the appropriate filter. In order to recreate the graphs used in the report open the third combo box, choose the option 'Current overall packet/sec from Inet.sas1.edge5'. After choosing this filter, right click the folder listed and choose 'Plot'.
