Project Abstract
Abstract The potential benefits of having a more flexible estate agent system are considerable,
and include being able to help potential clients get a more user-friendly search return.
Current systems use a search engine with different features to narrow down there results,
but require too few details to get an accurate set of data for the client.
However this proposal considers a different approach, where the user will partake in a
selection process feature, which will cover the various property features as well as the
level of importance each feature has to the user. From there results will be retrieved
both for their initial match to a users set of requirements, but also within the order of
importance each requirement has to the user. Thus allowing clients to be provided with a
much more accurate set of search results.
