All colleagues (academic and non-academic) are invited to join the Academic Processions at the Undergraduate Degree Ceremonies from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 July 2013. The ceremonies are important occasions for graduands and their families, and finalists like to see their mentors on the platform.

To participate in any of the ceremonies, please register online by Friday 7 June 2013.

Academic Dress
Full academical dress is worn by degree holders taking part in the processions. If you do not have your own academic dress, please complete the appropriate sections of the online registration form above and robes will be hired free of charge for you to wear in the ceremony. Non-degree holders should request a Bachelor Gown only.
Staff Guest Tickets
Guest seating will be at a premium for most ceremonies and so staff are encouraged to sit on the platform rather than in a guest seat. However, if you would like to apply for a staff guest ticket for a particular ceremony, please e-mail your request to ceremonies@lancaster.ac.uk. Tickets will be sent via Internal Mail a week before the ceremonies. If your application for guest tickets is unsuccessful, please note that all the ceremonies are shown live in the Faraday Lecture Theatres, for which no ticket is required. The ceremonies can also be viewed live from the University home page.
