Transcript Requests
If you require a copy of your transcript, this can be arranged but there is a charge of £5 per transcript. Please email the International Office giving your name, date of birth, address, year at Lancaster, number of transcripts required and the mailing address(es). We will then let you know how you can make your payment and your transcript(s) will be mailed once your payment has cleared.
Please make sure that you make your transcript request at least 6 weeks before you actually need your transcript.
The charge of £5.00 per transcript includes postage but if you need your transcripts to be sent by urgent post (Royal Mail International Signed For) then there is an additional charge of £4.00 per address. This service ensures it leaves the UK by air within 24 hours of being mailed. However, please note that there are no guarantees on how quickly it will be dealt with by the destination country postal system. Times vary. Generally transcripts arrive within a week of being mailed but they may take up to 4 weeks.
