Information Systems Services (ISS) welcomes all new students, members of staff and visitors to Lancaster University. ISS provides a range of IT services and facilities. These include the campus IT network with access to the Internet, email and central IT systems; support and training for using IT systems and software; and access to IT facilities in PC Labs and other campus locations.

Free IT training for students, January-March

Learn how to use EndNote Web, get an introduction to Live@edu or Outlook Web App, or ask 'How Do I Do That?' at Office 2007 and 2010 Workshops for Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Places available - full details of sessions including dates, times and online booking can be accessed from the Student IT Training page.
