You can get answers to your IT questions and problems online at any time using LancasterAnswers, a searchable information portal for students and staff.

Beta
To get the best out of LancasterAnswers, login at the top right of the portal using your Lancaster username and password – this will give you access to a much larger set of IT answers, and enable you to save relevant answers as ‘Favorites’.
LancasterAnswers is currently in beta version - you are encouraged use it and to provide feedback to help shape the system and its content. You can submit comments about an answer (Solution) you’re viewing via the ‘Comment on Solution’ link, and there’s a general feedback link on the LancasterAnswers home screen.
