Instructions To Upload your File

1. click on the 'Browse' button.
2. locate your document then click the 'Open' button.
3. click into the 'comment' box and enter your e-mail address followed by the number of the file you are uploading, i.e. File 1 of 2.
4. click on the 'Send File' button - you will be sent to a 'Success' page.
5. click on the 'return' link and repeat with remaining documents until finished.
