Medieval English Theatre is an international
refereed journal publishing articles on medieval and early Tudor theatre and pageantry in all its aspects,
together with articles and records of modern survivals or equivalents. Coverage is not confined to England:
all comparative material is welcome. Most issues are illustrated. Volumes 29 and 30 comprise According to

Subscribers to the journal are also put on the mailing list for the annual meeting which is held each year on the last Saturday in March at a different location in Britain. Each meeting has a different theme. We warmly welcome non-subscribers and postgraduate students. Conference Secretary:
