Fees

Full Conference Fees

All residential rates include Bed & Breakfast on the 2nd & 3rd April, attendance at conference with 2 lunches,daily refreshments and dinner on Monday & Tuesday 2nd & 3rd April.

Non Residential rates include attendance at conference, refreshments and if attending Monday or Tuesday Lunch.
Dinner is not included in the Non Residential Fee.

*This rate applies to full-time students.

A discussion space has been set up for delegates who would like to share accommodation or travel.

Sharing a room for two nights reduces the conference fee by €70.00 per person.

If you are sharing please register at the full price and enter the sharing details in the special instructions box - the price adjustment will be made and confirmed by our administration team.

Daily Delegate Fees

Daily Delegate rates include attendance at conference, refreshments and if attending Monday or Tuesday Lunch.
Dinner is not included in the Non Residential Fee.

We have negotiated special rates with the NH Maastricht Hotel prior to and after the conference.(These are subject to availability) Details as follows.

Extra Nights

Note: Extra night rates don't include city tax which is currently €3.50 per person per night.

Due to limited availability of rooms, booking of extra nights is subject to confirmation by the Conference Secretariat.

Payments for extra nights should NOT be included in the Payment amount, but will be made directly on site at the relevant hotel.

Note: Partner rates don't include city tax which is currently €3.50 per person per night.

Partner dinner on April 2nd, 2012 in N-H Hotel Maastricht - € 40,00

Partner dinner on April 3rd, 2012 in Kasteel Vaeshartelt, Maastricht - € 55,00

Substitution and Cancellation

Cancellations made on or before 24th February, 2012 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowable if made in writing before 16th March, 2012.
